Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenants at 417 West 43rd Street appreciate the spacious apartments and responsiveness of the super but express concerns about stolen packages and occasional noise disruptions. While the building's location is convenient and peaceful, the slow management response to emails and maintenance requests is a recurring issue. Some recommend improvements in package security and quicker maintenance turnaround times to enhance the overall living experience. Despite challenges, the majority of tenants approve of the owner and recommend staying in the building for its positive aspects and well-maintained amenities.
