Great Unit and People

Pros:
The location is great, the price is great, the people are great.
Cons:
At times there were people fighting outside late into the night which would wake us up, but that isn't the buildings fault.

Pros:
Lovely building on a tree-lined street. Clean apartments, never really had an issue. Laundry in building.
Cons:
Roommate had a couple of cockroaches, but nothing new for NYC. Packages were constantly stolen by fake amazon delivery guys.
