    Poor building, ok apartment
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Nice neighbors. Central location.
    Cons:
    Roaches in entryway and apartment. Dark street/dangerous. Old building not well maintained.
    Advice to owner:
    Clean the entryway more, get rid of roaches, be more responsive.
