Average, good location.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great. If you’re on the backside of the building you have a view of a courtyard and it’s very quiet. Wood floors.
Cons:
Place was FILTHY when we moved in. Floors were literally caked in dirt. Dead plants from the last tenant were still left out on the fire escape. The shower handle was broken off. Several lightbulbs were out. Most of the doors were scraping along the floor and had left large scratch marks in the floor.

Pros:
In a great neighborhood with a lot to do and restaurants to go to. Big kitchen
Cons:
Garbage was only picked up a few times a week and sat in the halls.

Slumlord, renters BEWARE
Former Tenant
Pros:
Our apartment itself is a nice size.
Cons:
The landlord is an absolute horrible person. Cheap, unresponsive, rude. Don’t rent from here!!!! The neighbors are also all loud and obnoxious. We’re moving out ASAP.
Advice to owner:
Why don’t you actually try to do your job?
