Great if you're not home all the time

Pros

- Apartments are very clean, never had any pest issues - No doorman, but don't need it, its a very safe street - Studios are very large and fairly priced

Cons

- 57th st, is very loud, sirens, trucks, etc all the time - A few nearby buildings are doing construction from 7am-4pm weekdays, so if you work from home, its unbearably loud - Super is always cranky, and keeps his phone on DND - Walls are thin between apartments as if you're roommates
