quiet building. land lady frequents space often

Cons

building halls and staircase never cleaned. full of dust and remnants on carpet. also, when they are renovating apts, they let all the renovation dust/debris get around - they don't seal the spaces at all. looks like they converted multiple rent stabilized appts studios to 2 bed rooms. impossible to keep rent stabilized since they combined apts.

Quiet, not a lot of units so feels really safe, great location right next to the park, landlord and super are very responsive
