    Charming but needs updates
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Beautiful pre war apartments and original details
    Friendly neighbors aside from one that lives pretty dirty
    They vacuum the hallway carpets every week
    Great location near central park
    Cons:
    Rent increased an insane amount for an old walk-up apartment with no laundry in the building or an updated kitchen, although we had been living there for 3 years
    Advice to owner:
    Respect tenants that have been there awhile and have kept the apartment in good shape
