Great building and street

Pros

We love the neighborhood—can’t be beat with access to parks, restaurants, and subway. Feels extremely safe and friendly here. We love the building and our views out onto the (mostly) quiet and beautiful street. Maintenance is pretty responsive.

Cons

Our kitchen is tiny and I wish we had better (any) ventilation in the kitchen and bathrooms. Our apartment is kind of a quirky shape, but we have made it work well. Old building so you can hear upstairs neighbors walking but we got used to it.

Advice to the owners

Would appreciate better ventilation in kitchens and bathrooms, or electric stove rather than pretty low quality and seemingly noxious gas appliances. Laundry machines use an app which can be tough to use since reception is bad in basement.
