Great location with good natural light

Pros

The building is in the best location. My apartment has good living space with great natural light. Laundry is in the basement so that’s tough when you live at the top floor of a walk up.

Cons

There were some issues with the heating. It’s been resolved but be aware.

Great location, ok building

Pros

-located near easy subways -great restaurants nearby -bookended by two great parks -friendly neighbors

Cons

-had cockroaches in our unit and the management company didn’t seem super rushed to do anything about it -management can be slow to respond -only two washers and two dryers in the basement, and oftentimes one of them won’t be working
