They increased my rent by $800/mo from 2021-2022 and an additional increase of almost $1,000/mo from 2022-2033, which obviously kind of forced me to move out.

First year: $450. Second year: $650. It is not worth it. John Brusco is a HORRIBLE landlord. He is abusive, has dangerous violations (we had no working smoke alarms in the whole building), mold he refused to fix and a mouse infestation through all six floors.

I moved out May of 2022. If the rent listed on StreetEasy is correct the tenant who moved in after me paid $600 more per month than I paid for rent.
