Good location, supers & maintenance were very nice & responsive & efficient

We had a mice issue for 2 months & management was being a pain about it

good manhattan rental

Pros

no noise, nice neighbors, great location

Cons

we did have pests (mice & ants) but mgmt helped get exterminators etc. It did take well over a month though.
