Great building and location

Pros:
Responsive management. Great staff. Rent increases very reasonable. Large floor plans and great closets
Cons:
Wish management would upgrade apartments for longstanding tenants instead of only doing that if you move out. Better bike room.

Pros:
They were always responsive. Package room is so nice they’ll bring everything up for you. Front desk is so nice. Spacious apartments with good views.
Cons:
Some of our neighbors were loud, you could hear them if you’re in the living room from the hallway but you can’t hear your next door neighbors
