great place to live

Pros:
They were always responsive. Package room is so nice they’ll bring everything up for you. Front desk is so nice. Spacious apartments with good views.
Cons:
Some of our neighbors were loud, you could hear them if you’re in the living room from the hallway but you can’t hear your next door neighbors

Pros:
Very responsive staff. Things are fixed quickly and the buildings staff is so nice/friendly.
Very clean, well maintained and renovated apartments.
Onsite laundry, dry cleaning, mail room, doorman, pool, gym
Cons:
I don't have any major cons on this building. The only downside can be the laundry room is very busy on weekdays with people's housekeepers but it is easy to get a machine at night or on the weekends.
Advice to owner:
I got a covid deal for my 1 bedroom which makes this building more affordable for a single person. Try not to hike rents too high now that pandemic prices have ended.
