Pros

- super is reasonably responsive and helpful every time - never an issue with management in 2+ years really - pet-friendly - there are some dogs on the bigger side too - great location - close to the park, museums, groceries, restaurants, multiple subway lines - can sometimes hear neighbor through walls although somewhat dampened - washer and dryer in building and they work 90% of the time or more

Mice: I've seen them at night in the laundry / trash room, but not in other areas / floors Roaches: Saw 3 in my apartment in my first month living there, then after getting the super to close some holes, never saw them again thankfully. Don't remember if I saw them in the laundry / trash room.
