Great location, okay management

Pros:
Incredible location, regular trash cleaning,
Cons:
Lots of issues with water/ hot water/ water pressure, rat city in the back of the building (you can hear the rats at night), building knows there is lots of package theft but doesn't do much, and really cumbersome approval process
