Excellent building staff, problems typical of older buildings

Fantastic super and building staff
Cons:
Pest issues persisted despite frequent exterminator visits to the building; difficult to find laundry machines available; occasional pipe leaking issues; substantial rent increases year over year
Advice to owner:
Consider allowing for negotiation of rent increase amount in subsequent lease years
