Not bad, cheap walk up right on top of the six train Neighborhood is nice

Lots of neighbors making noise, constantly issues with heaters

Suitable and good location

Pros

Super is attentive Location is fantastic (on top of 6 train, great access to grocery stores, bars, and gyms)

Cons

Old building with some old units that make problems for other units (ie, upstairs neighbor had plumbing issues and refused service causing problems for me)
