- good location near 2nd Ave restaurants, Central Park, Museum Mile - clean building - management is responsive -rent only gone up $50/year during the past 3 years
- no doorman/some security issues. People will sometimes buzz repeatedly until someone lets them in without checking to see who they are and I have more than once encountered a homeless person sleeping in the foyer at odd hours
