Overall a good experience

Pros

Quiet neighbors or at least the walls seem to be thick because I could never hear noise. Hallways, stairs, and trash room are maintained well. Never had any maintenance issues. Great location

Cons

You can smell the trashroom when you walk in the building so if you live on the first floor that may be an issue. The apartment was pretty dirty when we moved in. "Landlord special" paint job. There was a wooden window pane in the shower that got extremely moldy. Packages were often stolen.

Advice to the owners

Put a camera facing the entrance hallway to deter package thieves. Update windows in shower.
