Nice building with a responsive super

Pros

very quiet building, couple blocks from multiple super market and the q &4-5-6 lines, the super is very responsive and helpful, the building is older but when issues arise they're fixed pretty quick,

Cons

the hallways don't get cleaned that often, had some issues with packages being stolen but that's not the building fault really, had some issues with leaks from a lot of rain recently but I'm told they're working on fixing it
