Fine building, horrible management

Pros

Nice building and updated apartments. Dishwasher & washer / dryer in unit which is great when it works.

Cons

Management is unresponsive and will leave issues unresolved for as long as they can get away with. Broken appliances, leaks.

Rat and Roach Infested Building

Cons

The building has a rat infestation! RUN. I reported multiple complaints with the management company only for them to deny there was a problem. I filled a complain with 311. The building inspector that came out told me this building has been a problem for a long time! Do yourself a favor, avoid this place!

I personally don’t have any pest issues. I’ve seen the pest control signup sheet for the building though, a few apartments have recently signed up to be treated for roaches.
