- quiet neighborhood - fast application process - great neighbors

Cons

- super is constantly cranky and busy - always a roach issue in building - overpriced for a junior 1 br

Satisfactory - not the worst in NYC

Pros

Management company responsive when convenient and helpful in emergencies. Attentive super nearby. Overall well maintained.

Cons

Kitchens and baths are tiny as the building is old. Exterior facade water leakage only recieved a bandaid, not proper formal fix.

Advice to the owners

Install security cameras. Be more responsive. Shouldn't have to come down to the office to get attention paid to issues that need attention.
