Nice building but many issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location on Carl Schurz Park and the East River is fantastic
Shopping in the area is good but very pricey
Apartments are small, but not tiny
Cons:
2 elevators to serve over 140 units and one was constantly breaking down
The door staff were incredibly nosy
Advice to owner:
Renovate, renovate, renovate
The building is over 70 years old and many units still have original fixtured
