Spacious apartments, even studios Clean, elevators, doormen, responsive staff Laundry in building Dishwashers in unit Near Central Park Next to the 6 train Two grocery stores on the block

Cons

Heating is too hot and is not controlled by the tenant. Air conditioner is loud and cooled air is concentrated near the A/C unit No balcony or outdoor space

One of the best buildigns in the MSH portfolio

Pros

Love the doormen and the size of the apartments. VERY GOOD DEAL FOR MSH RESIDENTS. Honestly going to miss not living here because anything comparable is 3x in price in the area. Super/Handymen are amazing.

Kitchens are tiny. Not for gourmet chefs....
