Decent building, no real complaints

Pros

Good location, responsive super, not many problems.

Cons

Had a couple roaches, but nothing too crazy. You have to bug management to get an exterminator in your apartment.

Solid place, great location

Pros

I like the location as it is one block away from the 6. Very fast to get around with the bus or metro Central Park is also right there so it is nice. All good necessities like 24 food places and CVS are in front of you.

Cons

Sometimes it can be loud because of traffic but where isn’t Can’t control the heat individually it is all as a unit You can hear other roommates since doors made out of wood
