neighborhood and location
Cons:
heat and hot water didn't work many days in the winter. we had to sue the management company to get it fixed. management is not responsive at all

Clean building good neighbors
Cons:
Every apartment have cold water, no heat, the pest infestation in this building is ridiculous
Advice to owner:
Fix the issues that each apartment have .

Water damage in the ceiling, loud street at night, garbage can be a bit much
