good, affordable unit, bad management

Pros

it’s cheap living here. that’s the best part, along with in unit wash dry. super is helpful but there’s only so much he can do

management is not good, they don’t seem to care about pests, hard to get in touch with

great unit, no support

Pros

lots of space, washer/dryer and dishwasher, lots of storage, updated appliances and bathrooms

Cons

perpetual ceiling leak in bathroom, horrible roach problem, and our super was never responsive. we had to threaten legal action in order to get anything fixed, and it usually took months.
