Keep looking if you love yourself

Only pros that I can think of have to do with the neighborhood, not building.

Cons

Illegal rental practices including but not limited to: deposit requirements outside of one month security, inconsistencies in listings including incorrect unit # and photos, huge issues in fixing maintence issues including MAJOR LEAKS, broken windows, cockroaches

You clearly don't want my advice and will likely continue to operate like a slumlord with or without my opinion
