Stay away from this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
There’s nothing positive.
Cons:
the property managers don’t care about the tenants and don’t take care of the building. Drug dealers who don’t even live in the building sell next to the mailboxes, they have keys and keep the building door open so there’s barely any security. The floors are nasty, the elevator is disgusting.

Management company doesn’t pay ConEd
Advice to owner:
Put lids on the trash cans so rats can’t eat the trash. Clean and Maintain the Building. Pay the ConEd Bill.
