Had a good sublet here

Pros:
Quiet block, clean common areas and nice appliances inside the unit. Responsive super. Laundry in basement.
Cons:
Have had a few roaches but the exterminator comes regularly to do preventative sprays which is great.

clean, live-in super, good management
Cons:
no cell signal in apartment, only Spectrum available as internet provider
Advice to owner:
offer other internet providers other than spectrum and include a cell service booster on all floors
