Nice amenities, nice neighbors, good super Reasonable rent prices, nice units and overall nice building. Package room is secure

Sometimes lobby is dirty, laundry room sometimes messy, some tenants are not good neighbors, weed/cigarette smell sometimes

It’s a non smoking facility. Has laundry room, package and bike room to store bike, and lastly rooftop patio.

Cons

Packages get stolen too easily.
