Great location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location. Next to A line and 125th street shops. Walking distance to Columbia or CUNY. Maintenance usually responsive to requests.
Cons:
Washer/dryers were often broken. We had leaks from the units above us. We also had a mouse who found his way to our trash under the sink on a nightly basis.
Advice to owner:
Make sure washer dryers are fixed. Double check radiators for leaks.
