Pros
New super who’s fixed/renovated many things throughout the property
Cons
Management office does not return phone calls or emails. They will also contact you at the last minute asking you to make arrangements to be home the next day for work that needs to be completed
Advice to the owners
Return phone calls from your tenants if you don’t want them filing complaints with 311

Cleanliness is nonexistent
Pros
Great area. Rent was kept the same for 4 years.
Cons
Major pest problems. Roach and mice infested. Super was not responsive and took weeks to get an issue fixed. Radiator was leaking for years without any help from super.
