There is a management co and a super?

- Apt itself isn’t bad - Location isn’t horrible for commuting
Cons:
-Lots of rats in the walls. Lots. I actually for the first year thought the neighbor above me had a couple of chihuahuas running across the floor all night. -Neighbors that are disrespectful playing loud obnoxious music turned up all the way until 2.00a. You can hear and feel the music 3 floors down and across the building. It has to be illegal but no one addresses it. In fact, I am pretty sure neighbors have moved out because of them. You think the owner would nip that in the butt, to help their reputation and income level. -neighbors are allowed to leave garbage in the halls because they are too lazy to walk it to the garbage, but they are smart enough to not want it inside their apt. So the hallway floor serves the building needs. super does nothing. Still not sure who he actually is. - don’t expect to get mail. 30% chance you actually get any deliveries other than bills. Everything else gets stolen. Even letters, not just packages.
Advice to owner:
- Get rid of rats. Seriously. - get a super that helps neighbors instead of hiding from them. - do something about noise violations. It’s as bad as rats running in the hall.

Guardian Realty owns this building and they slum lords

Good neighbors. Beautiful pre-war construction and details.
Cons:
Dirty common area, terrible super, Managment is negligent, being sued by Tenants Association.
Advice to owner:
This building isn’t just a line on your revenue sheet. Humans live here and you need to treat them with respect. Get out of the real estate business or else get a soul, because your actions are evil.

The size of our unit. Location between trains.
Cons:
The building is not upkept. Management ignores its tenants. There are rats in the walls.
Advice to owner:
Talk to your tenants! Do your job! Fix and clean the building.

Guardian Realty Management is Horrible

Pros:
The neighbors and tenants in the building are friendly and respectful. The building has potential
Cons:
Poor maintenance, management ignores request. Guardian Realty Property Management illegally overcharges rent. Pest are everywhere; you can hear them crawling in the walls at night.
Advice to owner:
Respect your tenants; Gwt the pest and rodents under control, respond to maintenance request in a timely manner.
