only good thing was the people in the neighborhood are friendly. only ONE of the supers is always outside cleaning and working you can definitely see he cares and puts in a lot of time.
Cons
units are not clean, there’s is mold in bathroom and kitchen and laundry units, you can hear rats inside the walls all times of the night, the unit itself is updated just really not taken care of by management.

i understand it’s nyc but a little tlc can go a long way…

Inadequate heat/hot water, roaches, mice, mold, leaks, migrants smoking in the stairwells, sex offenders registered to their "supportive housing program" addresses an not the building, broken front doors, ceiling collapses, broken elevator, uneven floors, 🏍️ 🏍️ s chained to the front stairs.
