Bad super/ management

Pros:
Laundry in building
Cons:
The super does not wear a face mask around the building , this doesn’t make residents feel safe. The building is in need of repairs at the roof, many apartments are suffering with with leaks through walls. The super is never available when needed and work needed doesn’t get done. Only after constant insisting.
Advice to owner:
This building needs a reliable super and he also needs to wear a face face mask. Apartments need repairs and nothing is getting done.
