    It’s quiet, neighbors are friendly
    Cons:
    The owners could be better
    Advice to owner:
    Upgrade the building as far as plumbing and the elevators

    Management is the worst not friendly at all, it takes forever for things to get done

    Beautiful building, roomy.
    Cons:
    Management company is greedy and the super is unresponsive.
    Advice to owner:
    Take care of your plumbing. Tons of leaks everywhere are destroying your walls and ceilings. Must be costing a lot to repair everything vs. just the pipes.
