Terrible Property Management

Pros

Friendly neighbors, quiet area, large apartments, elevator, trash chute, laundry in building

Property management is awful. It is incredibly hard to communicate with them because they have made the choice to only be accessible via phone. They do not have an email address you can contact to maintain a paper trail and they do not follow up. Renewals must be sent in via fax. FAX! The tenant portal is a joke. It's just to pay your rent but you can't send any complaints or contact the property management in any real way. The super (William) might as well be nonexistent -- he barely responds to texts/calls, even when issues are urgent. It will take weeks, if not months, to get any non-urgent issues resolved. Expect a few days/week or two for urgent issues. Sometimes they'll turn the heat off without telling anyone, so you'll go to hop in the shower only for it to never get warm. There are roaches in this building and lots of them.
