Essentially nothing. The trash is well taken care of.
Cons:
Front door/key fob entry broken often, key fob also opens next building over and vice versa. Pests, bedbugs, roaches, mice. All hallways had no floors for 3+ years. Heat and water heaters go out on occasion with no word from management. Fire in the building over a year ago, management still has yet to repair unit.
Advice to owner:
If they even actually exist, come visit sometime and take a look around.
