Decent place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
friendly doormen, was relatively cheaper for the space provided
Cons:
Lower floors can be a little noisy due to a water pump going off early in the morning (7am) or evenings. Also some noise facing south can be noisy with sirens due to proximity to west side highway
