Building is nice and the staff are excellent. Amenities are nice too, and there is no separate amenities fee.

Do the exterminators hire by the owner effective at their job?

Not even a little. They used the same spray for any insect and you'll see 0 results. If you try to get an outside company in they'll block it even if the owner approves. Seemed to be a bigger issue that they didn't want to have to address in the building.
