Good building, location is busy so there’s noise

Pros

Super is very responsive and manages trash/ laundry room well.

Cons

Windows are thin and if you’re in a front facing unit, will likely pick up a lot of noise.

Good building, no issues

Pros

Management is communicative and responsive. The building is kept clean, laundry machines work, trash management is pretty good. Water pressure is great and I haven't encountered pests. The street itself is decently quiet and clean for the area.

Cons

Proximity to Times Square... not the building's fault! There is periodic cheering from people stagedooring Little Shop of Horrors down the street. Nearby grocery stores are pricier so I go to TJ's separately. Occasional package theft but ok if you pick them up on time.
