    * Friendly Doormen and Staff
    * Location convenient to all major subway lines
    * Responsive to service requests
    * clean building
    Cons:
    * Next to fire station so can get noisy at times
    * Large rental increases yearly
    Advice to owner:
    Offer longer term lease options, concessions for good tenants

    Best location and quality apt unit

    - Location - I can't imagine living anywhere better
    - Nice new flooring, which makes my apt feel clean
    - Behind the mirror medicine cabinet storage
    - Natural lighting
    - Water pressure
    Cons:
    - Dirty air that comes in from the street when windows are open
    - Outside windows never get washed
    - Never know what exactly gets done or fixed when I submit service requests (lack of communication)
    - VERY expensive and unfair rent increases
