Pros
Quiet building, respectful neighbors, safe and clean. They do a really good job at cleaning the hallways/entry every week. Garbage located in the back of the building outside is very organized and clean. Tenants are respectful and keep to themselves. They have pest control come every month and will knock on individual doors to see if spraying is needed in units.
Cons
For a month water pressure was low and would not stay warm for long. Packages are susceptible to getting stolen pretty easily which sucks.
Advice to the owners
No feedback. Pretty clean and well kept building. Would recommend living here.
