Big company. Prepare to wait a while for everything.

Pros

Great location. Everyone who works for the company is very nice.

Cons

Really, really hard to contact management about things. The super for this building is very nice but really prepare to wait weeks for things to be fixed. Just getting a referral letter to move into another building took way longer than necessary. If you're a DIY person and are happy to band aid or try to fix things yourself, and you have alot of patience, great. If not, maybe re-think signing a lease with Centennial Properties.

Advice to the owners

Please hire more administrative assistants. Everyone I spoke to was lovely but I could overhear them talk about how much work they had on their plate while I was on the phone with them.
