Not the worst but def not the best

Pros:
Laundry in building, all utilities included in rent and nice sized bedrooms and closets
Cons:
Roaches, building was not kept clean and anyone could walk in the building

Some of the best NY can offer!

Pros:
- Friendly Doormen, Custodial staff and Management!
- Laundry in building - mid-prices
- Good elevators
- Package delivery is very safe!
- Quick response from maintenance
- All utilities included in RENT
Cons:
- Some insulation issues, definitely felt when living at the top levels!
- Heat is spotty
- Water pressure and temperature are a bit unpredictable
