Good building to live in
Pros
clean, quiet, no live in super but responsive management to fix appliances etc. walk up but great location, no pests
Cons
nothing under the owners control it was a fine building

Would have renewed if not for 40% rent increase
Pros
High end finishes in the kitchen and bathroom, stacked W/D and dishwasher, close to central park and the 4/5 express train at 86 street.
Cons
40% rent increase after one year, the building next door is being demolished so the scaffolding blocks two of the windows.
Advice to the owners
Turn down the heat in the winter - had to keep a window cracked all winter.
