Pros:
Close to A/B/C/D and 1/2 stations
Cons:
Inconsistent heat and hot water No building-wide communications Property managers WILL gaslight you and do the bare minimum to “fix” issues This is not a non-smoking building No live-in super Package theft

Pros:
The landlord can seem a bit scary but the guy actually cares about his property and it reflects how each unit is maintain. The renovated apartment are put together nicely. Friendly neighbors. Management team were friendly.
Cons:
Sometimes there were a few german roach problem (exterminator showed up every month) which can be control by buying roach poison from amazon. No live-in super which means most maintenance issues will be resolve when the office is open (M-F).
Advice to owner:
Install cameras in the lobby

Pros:
I loved the renovated entrance, the apartment was completely updated and so nice. The room sizes were very adequate.
Cons:
It was above a grocery store which was convenient but attracted a good amount of bugs. Manageable but annoying.
Advice to owner:
Long term solution pest control
