Many residents praise the spacious units and stunning views of the Hudson River, along with the convenience of ample public transport options. However, complaints about poor management responsiveness, cleanliness issues, and persistent pest problems are prevalent. Noise levels from neighbors and elevator outages also detract from the living experience.
