Great building great staff
Pros
Staff were the best I’ve had in any building
Cons
New clinic and shelter have created influx of vagrants
Amazing staff and building, busy area
Pros
Lots of natural light with amazing floor to ceiling windows Doormen and handymen -- the nicest and most caring staff, they make sure everyone in the building feels welcome and work hard to help resolve any issue regarding amenities, packages, moving, etc. (Rick and Sean are absolute rockstars) Gym inside building is so nice Courtyard on the 3rd floor Elevator Mailroom to keep packages safe Holiday party for tenants with yummy snacks and drinks Random but a florist lives in the building so there is always the most amazing floral arrangements in the lobby ATM in lobby Close to Madison Square Park, Eataly, Chelsea flea market on the weekends, across the street from Fairway grocery store and a block away from Whole Foods, super close to subways (F,M, 1,2,3 and yellow line on Broadway street) Great central location in Manhattan
Cons
Lot of foot traffic on 6th avenue Homeless shelter on 25th street Can hear a lot of street noise even if you live on high floor
