Private access elevator that open to your foyer. Very secure. Only 12 units in building. Responsive super Darvin was always helpful.
Only 2 washer and 2 dryers and needed maintenance frequently. They were working on ventilation in basement near laundry room bc the moisture was starting to generate mold.
